I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to do a look-up for me. John B. McElrath, born in 1849 or 50 (I believe it was late 1849), was the son of James and Catherine McElrath. He was born and raised in Murray County, Ga. He is found on the 1850, 60, and 70 census. I am trying to find out if he is one of my ancestors. We know my ancestor as Byrd McElrath. He is found in Arkansas on the 1880 and 1900 census in Perry and Yell County. I know he was born in Georgia and his parents were born in North Carolina. What is was hoping someone could look up is anything that would give me John B. McElrath's middle name. Maybe a birth record or a marriage record, an obit, or anything. He died in Yell County, Arkansas in 1901. Anyway, I would appreciate it so much if someone could look up John B.'s middle name. Thanks, Jayme Berry
