Hi James, I'm looking thru the book, "Murray County Heritage" , and , indeed , your GGFather, Henry Coker, is listed as one of the early members of the John B. Gordon Camp. There is a picture of the Civil War Veterans on page 92 of this book along with several pages of reading material on pages 89, 90, 91 and 93. I highly recommend this book. Since you live in Murray County, you can get it at the Whitfield Murray county Historical Society, 715 Chattanooga Ave. , in Dalton. See Marcella White , the Director. She also has copies of the minutes of the meetings of the Camp along with lists of the officers, delegates to conventions, etc. It would be well worth your time to visit her and read this material.
