Can someone help me please I am looking for Lucinda TUCKER (white person) wife of David M Harlan a 1/4 Cherokee blood. He was up in the Cherokee ranking because he was given a task in Kansas to keep the Indian interest in mind. He was in the state before movement to Kansas. Is there seperated records kept for white and Indians? I have two of his children born in Georgia (Lucinda was born in either Ga., or Tn.,) his marriage to Lucinda was 1829 (location unknown). He was in Kansas by 1835. I am showing Jhon born abt 1830 and Melinda Jane born abt 1832 both of these in Georgia. I am very sure that they was located in Cherokee Nations East Georgia. Where that was located I don't know. Please some help. Terry
