Louise, there are three mentions of Callahans in the Murray County Heritage book: 1)Betty Jean Callahan (pg. 169) 2)Gayle Callahan Bean (pg.384) 3)Russell Callahan (pg 703) m. Martha Rogers Any of these fit? There really isn't a whole lot of info on any of them. As to the Howell's, there are quite a number of references to that name. Which ones are you looking for? and I'll see what I can find.
