I'm interested in corresponding with descendants of William Headrick and Mary C. Emert/Emmert. They married 1 September 1843 in Blount County, Tennessee and moved to Murray County, Georgia. I'm particularly interested in finding another family researcher who is working on these direct lines. Children of William and Mary Headrick are: Rhoda Headrick (b.1845, Tenn.) Mary Headrick (b.1846, Tenn.) Jacob Headrick John Headrick Daniel Headrick (b.1857) Frederick E. Headrick (b. abt. 1858, listed in 1860 census) Drucilla "Sis" Headrick (b. 1861, married Sam Grigsby) W.A.L. Headrick (married Anna L.B. Dunn) Notes: One of the sons was born 23 Dec. 1850 and married Annie or Anna Hightower. (There has been some confusion among researchers as to whether this was John or Jacob who married the Hightower). One of the sons may have married Mary Caylor. The middle names and nicknames of these individuals tends to vary. One of the sons may have been called "Doc" or "Dock" Headrick. I am only interested in corresponding with those who are willing to share sources of information so that I can double-check and verify the data.
