Is there any way I can find out if someone died in Murray Co. I am seeking info on my ggrandfather and his dad. I'm not sure if they both died in Murray Co. or one or both died in TX. Names are Samuel and Robert Leamon they were both on 1880 Murray Co census. Thanks Bessie

I, too, am trying to find out if my ggrandfather died in Murray Co. He is buried in Ramhurst Cemetery but could have died in Gilmer Co. and brought to Murray Co. for burial since that is where my Morelands came from to Murray Co. His name is James Mitchell Moreland, b. 6/9/1835 and d. 7/25/1921 according to the marker. When I ordered the death certificate using this date as death in Murray Co., it was not found. Can anyone do a lookup on death records in Murray Co.? Kay Moreland Eary
