    3. Lisa, There is a photo of W. J. White's burial marker at http://www.rootsweb.com/~gamurra2/TreadwellCem.html There were some White markers without dates just in front of the W. J. White and the Sarah White marker. Just behind where I was standing when I made the photos or their markers because I just turned around and faced west to make photos of the ones without dates. The W. and the R. could possibly be William and Rachel? This is not all of the cemetery, just the older stones. Some of the newer family members might possibly be in the newer part. Good luck, Paula ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lisa Taylor" <ldawntaylor@hotmail.com> To: <GAMURRAY-L@rootsweb.com> > William and Rachel White with children > Martha White born 9 Feb. 1826 > Mary Ann White born 13 May 1828 > Mahaley White born 2 Sept. 1830 > Sintha White born 27 May 1833 > Sara Ann White born 11 Aug. 1835 > William James White born 3 Oct. 1837 >

    3. Hello, I know I've queried this list before about Samuel Anderson James, but I just realized a few moments ago that I haven't queried about his wife's family. So here goes. Samuel Anderson James, born 10 Jan. 1847 in TN. Married Mary Elizabeth Mobley in 1867 in Murray co., GA. Mary Elizabeth Mobley was born on 28 Nov. 1845 in Georgia to Richard Hill Mobley and Martha White. Richard Hill Mobley was born 13 Feb. 1826 in Georgia? He married Martha White on 8 Feb. 1843 in Murray co., GA. He died prior to his daughter's marriage in 1867. Is said to have been a soldier for the CSA. Martha White was born 9 Feb. 1826 to William White and Rachel (Treadwll?). After Richard's death she married a Mr. Ellis, and then later still married Aaron Sugg on 30 Oct. 1888 in Yell co., AR. At any rate the the family groups that I'm looking for more info on are: William and Rachel White with children Martha White born 9 Feb. 1826 Mary Ann White born 13 May 1828 Mahaley White born 2 Sept. 1830 Sintha White born 27 May 1833 Sara Ann White born 11 Aug. 1835 William James White born 3 Oct. 1837 Richard Hill Mobley and Martha White with children Sarah F (or T.) Mobley born about 1844 Mary Elizabeth Mobley born 28 Nov. 1845 Rachall M. (listed as Rachel A in 1870) Mobley born about 1848 John Mobley (for a short time there were two Johns in this family, then the elder of the two died) John Mobley William P. Mobley listed as 8/12 in 1850 census Richard Smith Mobley born about 1855 Martha J. Mobley born about 1858 Susan L. Mobley born about 1861 I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has info on these families. Suggestions on where to look for more info is appreciated too. In addition, I believe Edward's father may have been named William and was from N.C. He may have been married to a woman with the last name Roland or Rowland. Edward may have had a brother named George, who was a Baptist Minister. Elizabeth's parents may have been from Ireland according to some census records. All of Edward and Elizabeth's children show to be born in Murray Co. Thanks Mike Wilson

I also wanted to let you know that I have posted about a third of the Treadwell Cemetery with photos on the cemetery page. I have had a lot of people ask about this cemetery. I think that I managed to get photos of all the old stones. More updates coming soon! Paula
