Our oldest Aubrey/Awbrey was said (on his death certificate) to have been born in 1855 in KY and died in Ellington, IN, in 1911. He was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in Evansville, IN.He and Cordelia Sherman Leach (his wife) had 7 children. We have no idea who his parents were or where they lived or who his mother's family was, either. I'm wondering if Jonathan's mother, or her family, might have been Gores. Any information you, or anyone else, might have on this family "branch" will certainly be appreciated!
