Trying to connect George Willis born 1848 (my great grandfather) to his father rumored to be his slave master last name Grant. George's mother was named Mary. Also trying to connect George's wife Eliza Terrell Willis b (1860) to a family. They resided in Madison until their deaths. I was able to trace they through the census and then I hit a brick wall. There may be a Greene county connection. Would appreciate any help. Kim Ingram
