Hi, My Dad (Hugh F. Hanson, 1918) had an Uncle Henry Hanson. He was from the Morgan county area. My dad was from Rehobeth, near Bostick and Andersons Crossroads. I seem to remember Uncle Henry living between Athens and Gainesville. Seems like it was Hog Mountain, or Hog something. Probably closer to Gainesville than Athens. We had Smiths, Cravens, Adams', but I cannot remember any Nicholsons. My GGGrandfather had 9 kids with first wife, and 7 kids with second wife. Most of them were females. I think only five boys. One of them got killed in the civil war. That is all I know right now. I have not been able to work on my stuff for over a year and a half. I moved back to Florida, then I went back to school. I just finished that a couple of weeks ago. I need to find all my old family tree stuff that is in boxes and on disks. My NICHOLSON line is from that area. My father's name was Henry Hanson NICHOLSON, born 1920. We have no record of the name "Hanson" anywhere else in the family. I have always wondered who he was name after. Thanks, Ann > > > ==== GAMORGAN Mailing List ==== > Going on Vacation for longer than 5 days?
