Tomorrow is Veterans Day... Let's spend our weekend listing our Monroe County Veterans to honor those who served from this county in any area of military service. Also, as you can locate them, URLs concerning any aspect of military service that will benefit our research will be welcome... I will be posting some as I find them...duplicates are permitted since we may receive newcomers at any time. It also be nice to know where we can locate our buried veterans in Monroe County... Can some one help us ? Veterans who served before moving to this area are welcome...this includes those who lived in the area before Monroe County was officially established.
