Hello listers: December is always a bad month for Viruses. We find ourselves too busy to be careful. ... and in the process, we catch one! Some are not yet listed at any of the virus info sites. Therefore the virus checkers won't detect them.. Be sure to keep your virus checkers up-to-date, but THAT IS NOT ENOUGH; you MUST be careful with attachments. If someone (known or unknown) sends you an attachment then:- - you can scan the attachment, but again THAT IS NOT ENOUGH. - do NOT open the attachment. (Do NOT use the OE preview window.) - send a NEW email (not a reply) to the sender and ask about the attachment. Wait for an explanation.
