I am looking for information about Charlie Brown, born Sept 1855 and died between 1900-1910. He is buried at Pleasant Grove Methodist. His wife was Nancy Goggans, born Jan 12, 1867 and died 1920. Nancy and her parents are buried at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church.

Jesse Roberts and Margaret McCorkle lived in Monroe County, GA from 1827 to about 1850 when they moved to Pike County, AL. Their daughter Nancy married W. L. D. Crow probably in Monroe County. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Ray Holt W. L. D. and Nancy were my ggrandparents..

David Allen O'Neal, Sr. was born in l827 and lived in Monroe Co. in l850 census. Theophilus O'Neal and Martha (believed to be Culpepper & married in Laurens Co. GA) were living next door. They are believed to be his parents. Nathaniel Oneal is believed to be the grandfather, and Theophilus Oneal of Wilkes Co. GA is believed to be the great-grandfather. However, none of this can be proven. Sarah Elizabeth Horne was born in l826 in NC to William and Elizabeth (possibly Weeks) Horne from NC. They were all in Monroe Co., GA, in l850.
