Hi Listers! Did you think I had given up? Not a chance...just been coughing too much to think straight about the next event on the list. During the next couple of weeks, many folks will be celebrating Spring Holidays, and the beautiful city of Macon will be totally involved in the annual CHERRY BLOSSOM Festival. Take this time to go over your notes, and pull your new queries and posts together. If you're like me, you probably have a few odds and ends to solve as well as the regular type posts. That's why we are going to celebrate "Miscellaneous March". Go ahead and post those bits of curiosity that just may unlock a door to help extend your research. I am going through my info as means of Spring cleaning , and will probably be asking for all sorts of lookups, etc. you do the same. Also, I will be posting URLs again for helpful websites, and addresses, etc., for other resources in the Middle Georgia Area. We will definitely welcome local Middle Georgians to help with legwork, and lookups. And as always, regular posts are always welcome. Jennifer Sherwood Braswell jensgen@iol10.com

Hello All: With the receipt of the 2000 census it reminded me that the 1930 census should be released soon. Does anyone know when that will be? I seem to recall being told that each census is released 70 years after the census year (or was it 80 years?). I am not certain of that information however but would like to know. Thanks.
