    3. Emazing.com Genealogy Tip of the Day Tuesday August 8, 2000 Genealogy Charts and Forms Online There are many places online to locate and print forms to use to record your genealogical research. The three best (and the direct Web addresses to their charts and forms) are Ancestry.com (at http://www.ancestry.com/save/charts/ancchart.htm), Ancestrycorner.com (at http://www.ancestrycorner.com/Pages/forms.shtml), and Genealogy.com (at http://www.genealogy.com/00000061.html). Some of these require the Adobe Acrobat T Reader to be installed on your computer, but it is a free download at http://www.adobe.com and is used extensively throughout the Web to provide standardized formatted forms and documents. 1. [GAMONROE] Upcoming trip to Monroe County help needed
    2. Ruth Padilla
    3. Hello All, I am planning a genealogy trip to Monroe County in September. I am asking if anyone can help me with some questions: 1. How do I get to the old Thomas Dewberry plantation? There is a cemetery on the grounds that I would like to visit since my people are buried there. 2. Does anyone know who lives there now and if so, would you provide me with a name and address so that I may write them ahead of time to ask permission to visit? 3. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions for visiting Monroe County? Who to contact. Places to stay? Things of interest to see? 4. Does anyone have driving directions to the Watkins home that is listed in the Monroe County History book? My MAIN goal is to find the grave of my great grandmother, Louise Hammond Remshart Watkins. I asked for a lookup in the city cemetery in an e-mail I just wrote. If I can find her, I will be a happy camper. Thank you in advance for any help anyone can give me! 3. Hello All, I have the Monroe County History Book but it does not list the people who are buried in the city's cemetery. It said it was at the library. If anyone has this listing, would they please look to see if my great grandmother is buried there? Louise Hammond Remshart Watkins.....probably just Louise Watkins would be listed. I have her death date as 6 Aug 1914. I would like to find where she is buried. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me. 1. [GAMONROE] Surnames Shepherd,Tucker,Rogers,Adams
    2. Ginger Perry
    3. I am researching Shepherd, Tucker, Rogers, and Adams from Monroe County GA. The dates probably start about 1850 or before that. I haven't found much about the Rogers or Tuckers but my Rogers ancestors are buried at the Rogers Cemetery out from Forsyth. My great grandparents are Martha Virginia Rogers Adams and Charles Lafayette Adams - buried at Rogers Cemetery. Charles' father died rather young and his mother, Nancy Ann Johnson, married a Mr. Head. I think this is probably when my Adams ancestors came to Monroe county. Another set of great grandparents are Mary Elizabeth Tucker Shepherd and Isaac Mortimer Shepherd buried at Paran Cemetery. I know quite a bit about Isaac's family but practically nothing about Mary Elizabeth's family other than her father died when she was about 8 years old in Tennessee. I have the birth dates and dates of death on my great grand- parents but don't have it here with me just now. Ginger Virgina A.
