Hello, I am researching the JAMES family that appears on the 1850 census, especially the ones from SC. Is there a way to find out from the census what part of SC they were from. I believe that mind is as follows: Nancy James (49?) Anna Julia James (13) Calvin James (16) I also think that maybe a daug Sarah married a Gothard and there may have been another son. If someone has the census would you mind letting me know if these people are listed? And if there maybe a will that would tell who Anna(Juley) Julia's father was.
