Miss Lois McElmurry, one of our most charming young ladies, spent last week with Miss Annie Bloodsworth, at Flem. Misses Earl and Eunice Bryan attended a party at the home of Miss Jewel Jenks (Jinks?) at Mauk last Friday evening. Mrs. W.S. Perry is ill at her home near Tazewell. We wish for her a speedy recovery. Miss Mary Patterson, the popular teacher of Dundee, has resumed her school duties after spending the holidays very pleasantly at her home in Geneva. Mr. J.M. Perry and two charming daughters, Miss Ever and Lessie, enjoyed a visit with relatives at Rochelle, Ga., recently. Quite a crowd of our young people attended an entertainment at Stewart's Mill last Wednesday evening. X.Y.Z.
