I am researching John SIMMONS of Marion who died there before February 1845. I descend through his son James F.who married Sarah Ann BRAY there and later moved into Alabama. John was married to Mary Ann Elizabeth Hudson, daughter of Byrd HUDSON. John's other children were William B.; Martha Ann; Mary Frances; Sarah Jane; John K.; Nancy Ann; Elizabeth Louisa; Julia Ann.
