The Macon 15th was a part of "original Houston". Talbot/Taylor 15th was a part of "original Muscogee" http://www.cviog.uga.edu/Projects/gainfo/hallsmap.htm This map shows the Original County name in Big Black bold letters.... then you can look for the 15....and also the counties that exist today. Marion is extremely difficult to read on this one... but it is between Muscogee and Taylor. At one time both Talbot and Marion extended all the way to the Flint River.
