I'm descended from Willis Deen, brother to Jeptha Deen; Willis is my great-great-great grandfather. The info you posted on Jeptha's, Jacob's and Mahaly's marriages matches what I have. I don't know anything about the Mercers or Stricklands. Any ideas on parents of Cyntha/Syntha Mercer or William Mercer? Not my direct line, just filling in the blanks.
