Can anyone tell me whether there are any tax or voting records for Madison County during the late 1800s (about 1885-1900)? If so, can you also tell me whether there is any way that I can access them from Virginia (such as interlibrary loan, or online, or hiring or begging someone to check them, or whatever)?
