Jacob and Ann came to Madison County GA and Jacob probably died before 1850. I have not been able to find a will or probate record in Madison CO on Jacob. His children were: > 1. Priscilla (Chaney) m William B. (Buck) Segraves (had 11 children) > 2. Zilphia m Burrell Segraves (moved to Gwinnett CO GA) > 3. Milza m Sarah Watkins (moved to Gwinnett CO GA) > 4. Nancy Ann m Elija Williams > 5. Elizabeth m. first Matthew Bone, 2nd a Mr. Smith and then 3rd Elijah Williams > 6. Martha that m a Leach? > 7. Samuel m Bethaney Cash > 8. Burgess > > Also, am trying to find others researching (and descendents of) Nathaniel Smith who d in Elbert CO GA by Oct 1804. His wife was named Sara. They were the parents of: > 1. Alexander who married Margaret ? > 2. Eady > 3. Stephen wife named Elizabeth (and his will is in Madison CO GA) > 4. Deliah m John Wynn and died in Madison CO GA (Fork District) > 5. John > 6. William > > It is believed that Nathaniel and wife Sara lived in Virginia prior to moving to Georgia. Sara show up as a widow on the 1805 Georgia Tax list. > > Myra > > > ============================== > Create a FREE family website at MyFamily.com! > http://www.myfamily.com/banner.asp?ID=RWLIST2 >
