Some say Florida. Others say Musckgee, Ga. He married Rhoda Hinson, b. Ga. 1802, d. 1883. Other children of Richard are reportedly: Elijah, Sally, Rebecca, and Ransom L. Do you have any info or can you point me to someone in Muscogee Co, Ga? My Ggrandfather, Wm Henry Rousseau m. Mary Ann Dean both born in Ga. Some say Columbia Co. Both died in Florida.
