There was a Jonathan Pruitt who lived in Madison Co GA I had found information that leads me to belive there are records in the probate offices on this Pruitt family. The time would be around the 1830's or 1840's. If anyone has researched this family and might have some information I would love to know more. There is a Jonathan Pruitt living in Elbert Co GA 1840 who moved to Cherokee Co AL 1850 his wife was Polly Ashley and I belive them to be the parents of my ggg-grandfather Cason C Pruitt. Thanks Linda
