My 3rd. GGrandfather, Jacob McKee, lived there in 1830. He was married to Nancy Peacock in 1805 in Oglethorpe county and I believe Nancy probably died there prior to 1830. He had sons named Samuel, John, Linsey and Milton that I'm aware of. He also raised his nephew Martin Capel McKee. They later moved to Henry and DeKalb counties.
