I am now the File Manager for the Madison County Archives. I would like to welcome any documents that you would like to submit. We would especially like Bible Records, Obituaries, Wills, Deeds, Marriages, Newspaper articles and anything that would be of help to genealogists. Remember that if this is under copyright, you must have written permission to post it. The 1870 & 1880 Census Image Indices have been completed and are online. We know of some errors but would welcome any corrections that you might know of. We do have to put what is written down but some of it is very difficult to read and if you know what it should say - it helps! I would like to make these changes all at once. Please send them to me by May 1 and I will make the changes at that time. The 1900 Index is coming along but we could surely use some help on the 1910 and 1920 Indices.
