SOUTER DEAD - Our people were saddened to hear of the death of Mr. J. Munro Souter, which occurred at the Americus Hospital Monday afternoon following an operation on Sunday. > Mr. Souter was about fifty eight years old and up to last year had lived near Souter's Mill all his life. Last year he and his family moved to Ideal. He first married Miss Carrie Brooks, who died many years ago. Afterwards he married her sister, Miss Emma Brooks. > Funeral services were conducted at County Line Church, Macon County, by Rev. Chas. D. Carter in the presence of a large number of friends and relatives. Mr. Souter had been a member of this church many years.
