ELMORE - Again our city and county is thrown into the deepest sorrow by the relentless ___ of death. Another of our pioneer citizens has been called to a well earned reward. Again death came suddenly and unexpectedly. Judge J. S. Elmore, a man whose pure life, noble deeds and generous disposition had won for him the deepest respect and love of all with whom he came in contact, died suddenly at night, about 11:30 o'clock, of heart failure. He was on the streets yesterday, and seemed improving after a recent spell of illness, and his death was entirely unexpected and a severe blow to his devoted family and scores of friends throughout this entire section. > For the past 15 or more years, Judge Elmore has been ordinary of this county and was never detected for anything to the gift of his fellow citizens.[I have no idea what that means] He was the universally beloved pastor of the Mt.
