There was a hotel, dance floor, swimming pool ( guaranteed to be the coldest water in the world), cottages, and seven springs, each having different water. It was located near Lanier, Georgia, now a ghost town, on the west side of the Flint River, off of what use to be the Ferry Road that crossed over to Highway 49, just south of Marshallville, Georgia. It was a "swinging place" back in it's heyday.
