Today I had the opportunity to look at "The Macon County Citizen" published in Oglethorpe, Ga. in 1922, for the obit of Rebecca Windham , mother of Emma Windham Youngblood. Sorry, I did not find any mention. I read all of the neighborhood news articles hoping for something. The name Windham is very prominent in adjoining Taylor County.
