Davine, just a thought--my grandfather in Arkansas was called "Accie", but his name was really ASA. By the way, in re-reading some of your archived information for me re: the BRIDGES in Macon Co., I have discovered that Lucinda, dau. Of Thos. BRIDGES, married John W. Berry. They apparantly moved to Terrell Co after 1860, where he enlisted in the 13th GA. Inf, Co. H. Their children were Edgar C. Berry, Sarah, Florence, Arra, and Homer Berry.
