On the 24th of Feb. last, at Lima, the Hon. James Colley, of the State of Ohio, and Charge d'Affaires of the United States in Peru, after an illness of four days. The New-York City Inspector reports the death of 78 persons during the week ending on Saturday the 24th ult., viz 16 men, 18 women, 18 boys and 28 girls.
