Shealy was born June 10, 1855 and departed this life October 1st, 1913. He was united in marriage to Miss Mary Elizabeth Baldwin June 23, 1880 and to this union were born eight children: Mrs. G. M. Sears of Shellman, Ga., Mrs. E. D.[Annie Rosa] Derrick of Griffin, Ga., Dr. L. E.
