I have been searching for information on my great grandfather, Wm. Henry Rousseau, b. "in or near Macon" 9 Mar 1818. His father married (Mary Clements?)(Mary Carver?) and we believe were married in Columbia Co. Ga. but am searching for Macon and any othr area for proof as well. After the death of Wms father when he was 12 or 14 yrs old, him mother married Samuel Barber. Wm. Henry married Mary Ann Dean, daughter of Micajah Dean, son of Richard Dean.
