She was born in 1840, maybe in Georgia. She ended up in Jefferson County, Illinois a little after 1850 and married a John William Brookman in 1856. Children included a Clarinda, William, Rose or Rosabella, Lorena, Joseph, Nancy, Neoveriah, Ninni and Ethel. I would love to fine out for sure where she came from, her parents,etc.
