Does anyone know if he is the son of John and Caroline McCarty of Macon County? The 1860 census has a John as their son. Some copies of McCarty Bible pages has his name as John Jackson McCarty born 1846. When did J. J. die, where is he buried? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Martha
