Please make sure your signatures are turned off when sending messages to the mail list. The list is archived and if at some point you or someone wished to search the list archives and you have the signatures on you will pull every message that you ever sent. That includes those that you said sorry, thank you, welcome back. Do not use signatures to include web sites or surnames. The search hopefully would pull messages that someone has sent with useful information. It also creates a major problem for the server since it junks up the files. Thanks, Margie
