His first wife was Winnifred Bryan (sister of my ancestor) and they had several children but I don't show a Giles. There was another Bluett McCarty in Macon Co. for a time but I'm don't know what his connection was to this Bluett. Perhaps Giles is from that line. In an old letter it mentions that Bluett & Ellen went to Crawford Co. I haven't tried to track them down there but it would be a place to start. Winnie was buried at the McCarty Garden cemetery but it's not marked and the land is just treated as ordinary farm land now. I'd be happy to send you what I have.
