They had three children: Joshua Franklin Usry b. 1854 Amanda Elizabeth Usry b. 1858 John Littleton Barney Usry b. 1862 In Dec 1882 John Littleton Barney Usry married Elizabeth Theodosia Johnson b. Turner of Macon County married Maria Adeline Worsham. One of their sons was James A. Turner James Archie (Jim) Turner b. Feb 1861 married Mattie V. Johnson b. Jun 1867. Jim and Mattie are buried in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery on Hwy 240 very near the Macon County, Georgia county line. >From the 1900 Macon County Census: James A. Johnson, they were apparently sisters which made my grandparents first cousins and because of family disapproval of the marriage they moved away and settled in Lake Park, Georgia where my father was born.
