Most would probably be in Clinch County, but Clinch was a part of Lowndes at one time. Also Elizabeth or Eliza Brantley moved with her sons John S. Alexander, Wiley D to the Lowndes/Clinch area and appears in the 1880 census. Her husban Giedon Brantley had died in 1860 in Pulaski Co. Ga. My gmother was Willie Bennett Brantley her parents were William H. Bennett and Minetta Harnage Daughter of George Harnage. Any help would be appreciated
