Shelley, I am researching both the Mathis and Roberts Families. If the Bryant Roberts you mentioned was married to a Wealthy or Wealtha, (my direct line) she is a Mathis. She was the daughter of James Mathis and Rhoda Monk. I do not have the Bartley Mathis you mentioned in my file, however he might be a child of someone in my list that I did not know to add. Could you let me know who your Bartley's parents were? If you're interested in more info about the lines I have, let me know.
