I am new to this list and just recently discovered my gggrandmother, Georgia Ann Carter, was not born in Atlanta but Lowndes, Georgia! She was born on February 25, 1866 to George Carter. She later moved to Arkansas by 1887 to marry my gggrandfather James Brown. Does anybody have any information on this line or are there any connections? Thanks, Angela Miller
