Joe Is Georgia Ann the daughter of George Carter, son of Capt. Jesse Carter, died 1860. And the list of children in the 1880 census of two different families, the orphans of George and Mary Parrish Carter and the children of George W. and Rachel Futch Carter. If I am incorrect on this please clarify if for me.
