    3. Finding the 1797 listing having Cullars as Captain is good news! Going back in time through Wilkes, we see a David McCullers obtaining "Ceeded Lands" bounty from the King in Wrightsboro. Every record I see says "Collars," so far.. but before the war, the name could have been McCullers....? Perhaps some kind person could put me onto more details? * Gideon Anderson also had Ceeded Lands granted.. 1773-1776 Two of his sons married the neices of John Querns - they were Arnetts of Lincoln County related to John Q. Arnett! You can see this Ceeded lands bounty list on the Giddeon website for Wilkes Co. GA. ~Walter L. Cullars --- Antivirus: Outbound message clean.
