Greetings This year, let's try to keep in mind that Memorial Day is more than just a three day week-end filled with auto racing, barbeques, picnics, and beer. It's a day to remember the sacrifices made by so many in the defense of freedom. See: http://spuscizna.org/spuscizna/memorial-day.html This year on Memorial Day, Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at 37 of the 43 Catholic cemeteries in the Archdiocese of Chicago. The words found on many Polish monuments, "Bog, Honor, Ojczyzna", mean "God, Honor, Homeland". They always appear in that order and they are more than just mere words.
