    3. Hi Jeff Look at it this way. There were 0 KEISZKAs and 3046 KISZKAs living in Poland in 1990. If I were given the choice, I'd opt for KISZKA. Shame on you! Don't you remember the polka hit from the late 1950s or early 1960s, "Who Stole The Kiszka?" By the way, "kiszka" is blood sausage.
