Maddox. He may have some mistakes in his book, but the book is very helpful for those who have roots in Wilkinson County GA. This Calvin was the son of James Wynn and Winnie Lasseter. Does this coincide with your research? There were two Jesse Crumbley's in the 1850 Census of Wilkinson County. One was listed as 30 years old and was living in the Wm Wynne household. The other was listed as 10 years old and was the son of John Crumbley & Judy Cone. In the 1860 Census: Jesse Crumbley 40, Mary 38 is listed with the Bailey and Crumbley children. I am trying to find where this Jesse (husband of Mary Wynne)is buried. If there is anyone who reads this posting and knows where he is buried please help me. I know there is a Jesse Crumbley buried in Wayne Co. But this is not the Jesse that married Mary Wynne. Jesse of Wayne Co is in the 1880 census listed as 36 years old with wife Senith age 32 and 5 Children; Cornilia E. 12, Franklin 9, Mitchel 7, Ida 5, William 2. The other Jesse of Wilkinson Co, (child of John Crumbley and Judy Cone) married Vicey Bailey child of Jesse Crumbley and Mary Wynne Bailey. Ellouise Please send me the pictures if you can. I will send you an email with my address if you want to send copies by mail. Thanks so much. Helen
