A Jesse Le Roy Cowart was the son of Elias Cowart and Sarah ? and I believe he is buride at the Red Level Church Cemetery in Wilkinson Co. Ga. The mother's grave (Sarah) is fenced in with a few other graves, including Mary Frances Cowart's (wife of W.A. Tindol), and Jesse's grave is just outside the fence. There are open areas that seem like unmarked graves next to his stone. Some think that the father is buried ther too but I think Elias Cowart is buried in what is now Wilcox Co. There is some info about the Cowart/Coward line published and I would be happy to share more of what I know. Katie
