Surnames: Holland, Pink, Adams, Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Zc.2ADI/1136.1 Message Board Post: I do believe that you had ancestors in Wilkinson County, GA, also. My grandfather, not sure which number he was, had a son or nephew by the name of Wiley Pink Holland. I always wondered where the Pink came from and suspect it was from Grabriel's wife. Gabriel also had a brother that was in an India massacre. I think his name was Richard. If you will sen me your Email address I will send you what I have. My email address is [email protected] Linda

    3. Hi - I am interested in this HOLLAND and ADAMS connections. I have a Thomas P. HOLLAND who married a Sarah Elizabeth RENEAU in 1854. Sarah was the daughter of Rev. Russell RENEAU, a Presiding Elder of the ME Church in GA and AR, and his wife, Elizabeth STOCKTON. The RENEAUS were originally from Jefferson/Sevier County, TN. They ahd one child that I know of -- an Emma Alma HOLLAND born 1854. I do not know anymore about either of these persons but Sarah was my great-grand aunt. I also have an ADAMS family that was tied to my RICHTER family over in Morgan County, GA. Burma ADAMS (1886-1971) married Russell Daniel RICHTER, Sr. (1882-1944) in 1909. They had one child, Russell D. RICHTER, Jr. who died in Dallas, Dallas County, TX in 1980. Burma ADAMS died in Meriwether County, GA, in 1971 according to SSI records. I somehow fee this Thomas may be a part of this family: Bethany Church Cemetery Inscriptions Morgan Co, GA BETHANY CHURCH CEMETERY - located about six miles southeast of Madison Thomas A. Holland, March 29, 1856, Jan. 10, 1929. Mary Holland, October 11, 1856, June 1, 1933. Any information is appreciated. John R.
