Hi, you do not get them through the UDC. YOU get them through the VA and they are free. It takes a few months but the US Veterans Administration will furnish them, free of charge, for any documented CSA veteran. Contact your local state VSO ( veterans service officer) for details. If fact they are cutting one for my grandfather, JOHN Clarke RICHTER, Sr ( 1848-1907) of Madison, right now. HE was a PVT in Company "A," Georgia Cadets (1864-65) and we will get the SCV to install it, with full military honors, after it comes in. MY cousin, the Hon. R. W.
